By booking any service with Jodi Terese, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all iridology/ photography sessions (including associated naturopathic recommendations).
2.Nature of Services
Iridology photography and analysis is a complementary health assessment tool and is not a diagnostic method. Any observations or recommendations provided are for general wellbeing purposes only and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a registered healthcare professional.
3. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that any decisions made based on information or recommendations provided are your own responsibility. You agree to seek advice from your GP or relevant healthcare provider where appropriate, particularly regarding existing medical conditions or medications.
4. Health Information & Consent
All personal and health information is handled confidentially in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
5. Bookings, Payments, & Refunds
Full payment is required prior to the release of images/reports. All purchases are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Behaviour & Right to Refuse Service
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Any aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour will result in termination of the session, and refusal of future services.
7. Limitation of Liability
While all care is taken to provide high-quality services and guidance, Jodi Terese is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use or interpretation of information provided. Iridology services are provided in good faith for general wellbeing purposes only.
